ACE Limited Withdraws From BSX Listing
Hamilton, Bermuda – 27 January, 2016 – The Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) announces ACE Limited has, effective today, Wednesday, 27 January, 2016, voluntarily withdrawn from its BSX listing of its common shares pursuant to its acquisition of Chubb Corporation and its subsequent launch as Chubb Limited.
The Listing Committee of the BSX has waived the normally required 60 day notice period in consideration of the specific circumstances of the acquisition and the subsequent immediate listing of Chubb Limited on the NYSE.
Chubb Limited was listed on the NYSE effective Friday, 15 January, 2016 and commenced trading under the symbol “CB”.
