Renaissance Russia Distressed Assets Limited - Suspension of BSX Trading
Hamilton, Bermuda – 03 June 2016 – The Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”) today announced the immediate suspension of Renaissance Russia Distressed Assets Limited from trading on the BSX for failing to meet on-going obligations under the BSX Listing Regulations, Sec I, Chapter 2, Regulations 2.24 and 2.35.
The BSX has given the Issuer until 10 June, 2016 to bring all filings up to date.
