PartnerRe Limited Withdraws From BSX Listing
Hamilton, Bermuda – 21 March, 2016 – The Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) announces that PartnerRe Limited (Ticker: PRE.BH) has, effective Friday, 18 March, 2016, voluntarily withdrawn from its BSX listing of its common shares pursuant to its acquisition of EXOR N.V.
The Listing Committee of the BSX has waived the normally required 60 day notice period in consideration of the specific circumstances of the acquisition.
