BSX Cancels Listing of Tianbao Holdings Limited
Hamilton, Bermuda – 06 April 16 – The Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) announces the cancellation of the listing, with immediate effect, of Tianbao Holdings Limited (the “Issuer”; Ticker: TBHL.BH) on the BSX. The Issuer has failed to satisfy the ongoing obligations under the BSX Listing Regulations, namely, failure to settle, in full, of all out-standing listing fees as required under Section I, Chapter 2, Regulations 2.24(1 & 4) and 2.35.
