Orbis Funds – additional share classes
HAMILTON, BERMUDA: 8 April 2016 – In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange, Orbis announced that following recent changes in South African law, the Board of Directors of each of the Orbis funds listed below (the “Orbis Funds”) has approved the introduction of additional share classes bearing a fixed fee. These share classes will be available to eligible South African investors and, in each case, are more fully described in the relevant prospectus for these Orbis Funds.
