HAMILTON, BERMUDA: 21 April 2016 - In a filing with The Bermuda Stock Exchange, Centaur Group Finance Ltd. Announced changes in Non-Executive Directors. The filing stated:
Centaur Group Finance Ltd. (the “Company”), announces the resignation of David Brown as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from 24 March 2016. In addition, the Company did not propose that Simon Hoyle be re-elected at the Company’s Annual General Meeting and accordingly ceased to be a Director on 24 March 2016.
John Hindess and Akash Garg were both appointed as Non-Executive Directors of the Company with effect from 24 March 2016.
