BSX Cancels Listing of Cambridge Energy Group Limited (the “Issuer”)
Hamilton, Bermuda – 17 May, 2016 – The Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) announces the cancellation of the listing, with immediate effect, of Cambridge Energy Group Limited (the “Issuer” or “CEGL”; Ticker: CEGL.BH). The Issuer has failed to satisfy the ongoing obligations under the BSX Listing Regulations, namely, failure to settle, in full, of all out-standing listing fees as required under Section I, Chapter 2, Regulations 2.24(1 & 4) and 2.35.
