BSX Cancels Listing of GOLD BAR DEVELOPEMENT & CONSULTING LTD. (the “Issuer”)
Hamilton, Bermuda – 17 May 2016 – The Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) announces the cancellation of the listing, with immediate effect, of GOLD BAR DEVELOPEMENT & CONSULTING LTD. (the “Issuer”, “Gold Bar”; BSX Ticker: GOLD.BH, Frankfurt Ticker: B7GN). The Issuer has failed to satisfy the ongoing obligations under the BSX Listing Regulations, namely, failure to settle, in full, of all out-standing listing fees as required under Section I, Chapter 2, Regulations 2.24(1 & 4) and 2.35.
