Ignition Brazil #1 Mutual Fund Ltd Class A Preference Shares - Suspension of BSX Trading
Hamilton, Bermuda – 27 May 2016 – The Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”) today announced the immediate suspension of Ignition Brazil #1 Mutual Fund Ltd Class A Preference Shares from trading on the BSX for failing to meet on-going obligations under the BSX Listing Regulations, Sec I, Chapter 2, Regulations 2.24 and 2.35.
The BSX has given the Issuer until 10 June, 2016 to bring all filings up to date.
