Hamilton, Bermuda – 10 June 2016 – The Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) announces the cancellation of the listing, with immediate effect, of Ignition Brazil #1 Mutual Fund Ltd Class A Preference Shares from trading on the BSX. The Issuer has failed to satisfy the ongoing obligations under the BSX Listing Regulations, namely, failure to settle, in full, of all out-standing listing fees as required under Section I, Chapter 2, Regulations 2.24(1 & 4) and 2.35.
