HAMILTON, BERMUDA: June 29, 2016- The Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) announces the delisting of Sunbird Business Services Limited Series 2A 10% Unsecured Convertible Notes due August 17, 2017 per regulation 2.34. This delisting is pursuant to the Issuer rescinding the issuance of the Notes. The Notes are hereby delisted in their entirety.
