HAMILTON, BERMUDA: June 29, 2016- The Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) announces the delisting of Sunbird Business Services Limited Series 2B 14% Unsecured Convertible Notes due August 17, 2017 per regulation 2.34. This delisting is pursuant to the Issuer rescinding the issuance of a portion of the Notes, US$500,000 of the Notes are hereby delisted. The balance remaining listed stands at US$2,250,000.
