·         Nominal Amount of Securities:- 336,389,307 Common Shares.

 

·         Listing Classification:- Section IIIA – International Issuers of Equity Securities.  The Issuer has a primary listing on the New York Stock Exchange. The Bermuda Stock Exchange listing is a secondary listing.

 

·         Method of Listing:- Continuation and Introduction pursuant to the company’s re-domicile from Ireland to Bermuda.

 

·         Date of Admission to Listing:- Monday, 25 July, 2016.
