Butterfield Bermuda Fund Ltd B Shares – Voluntary de-listing
Hamilton, Bermuda – August 5, 2016 –The Bermuda Stock Exchange (”BSX”) announces the voluntary de-listing of Butterfield Bermuda Fund Ltd B Shares (ticker: BUTBERB.BH) as approved by the Board of Directors on July 8, 2016. The Board of Directors approved the closure of the Class B shares and approved the re-designation of 12,500,000 B shares as Class A shares so that the Class A now consists of 25,000,000 shares of par value BD1.00 each.
