Redemption of Sunbird Business Services Limited Series 1B Notes
Hamilton, Bermuda: September 16, 2016 -Sunbird Business Services Limited (the “Company”), advises that following the redemption and conversion in accordance with their terms on 16 September, 2016 of the Company’s Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”) listed US$300,000 Series 1B 14% Notes due 16 September 2016 (the “Notes”), said Notes have been delisted from the BSX.
