NOTIFICATION OF TRANSFER OF STENPROP’S PRIMARY LISTING ON THE BSX TO A SECONDARY LISTING ON THE BSX

Hamilton, Bermuda: October 03, 2016 – In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”), Stenprop Limited (the “Company” or “Stenprop”; Ticker: STP.BH) announced changes to its listing status on the BSX. The full filing stated:

Shareholders are advised that the Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”) has approved Stenprop’s request to move the company’s listing on the BSX from a primary listing to a secondary listing, with effect from 3 October 2016 (“the transfer”).

The transfer will not affect the company’s current listing on the Main Board of the JSE and will not affect the trading of shares on either the JSE or the BSX.
