Hamilton, Bermuda: 10 November 2016 – The Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”) today announced the immediate suspension of United Pharmaceuticals International Ltd. (Ticker: UPI.BH ) from trading on the BSX for failing to meet on-going obligations under the BSX Listing Regulations Sec IIIA 6.17, 6.19 and Appendix 4.2.2.
