Hamilton, Bermuda: 23 November 2016 – In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”), Stenprop Limited (the “Company” or “Stenprop”; Ticker: STP.BH) announces changes to the Board of Directors. The full filing stated:
Shareholders are advised that, effective 23 November 2016, the two Bermuda-resident independent non-executive directors, James Keyes and Peter Hughes, have resigned from the board of directors of Stenprop (the“board”).
The board thanks James and Peter for their contributions to the company and wishes them well in their future endeavours.
Stenprop has a primary listing on the Main Board of the JSE and a secondary listing on the Bermuda Stock Exchange.
