Hamilton, Bermuda – 13 February 2017 – In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”) Renaissance Pre-IPO Fund (BSX Ticker: RPI.BH) today announced that the fund will terminate early. The filing stated:
On December 22nd, a special resolution was passed by the shareholders of Renaissance Pre-IPO Fund to terminate the fund early.
