Hamilton, Bermuda – February3, 2017– In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”), Bermuda Aviation Services Limited (the “Group” or “BAS”; Ticker: BAS.BH) today announced that following the recent acquisition by Carnation Limited (“Carnation”) of an additional 50,000 shares in BAS, Carnation’s total shareholding has increased to 323,282 shares, equating to 6.5677% ownership interest in BAS.
