The Company is pleased to announce, with effect from 27 January 2017, the appointment of Paul Francis Pelosi Jr as a director of the Company.
Mr. Pelosi has many years’ experience advising emerging companies in the areas of corporate governance, business development, sustainability and public policy. He graduated Cum Laude from Georgetown University with BA in History and a JD/MBA focusing on International Business. Mr. Pelosi is also a member of California State Bar as well as a licensed Real Estate Broker.
