Hamilton, Bermuda: March 31, 2017 – In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”), Stenprop Limited (the “Company” or “Stenprop”; Ticker: STP.BH) reported information relating to the dealing in securities by a director of the Company. The full filing stated:
Shareholders are advised that on 28 March 2017, Paul Arenson, a director of Stenprop holding directly or indirectly 10 796 174 Stenprop shares, donated 840 180 Stenprop shares at a deemed value of €1.22 per share for a total deemed value of €1,025,019.60 to his parents. Following this transaction, Paul Arenson holds, directly or indirectly, 9 955 994 Stenprop shares.
The transaction was conducted off-market and clearance to deal was obtained.
Stenprop has a primary listing on the Main Board of the JSE and a secondary listing on the BSX.
