The board of directors of Stenprop (the “board”) is pleased to advise that Warren Lawlor has been appointed as a non-executive director of Stenprop with effect from 5 April 2017.
Previously at Java Capital, Warren has almost 17 years of experience advising listed property funds based in South Africa and offshore. The board is confident that he will add significant value to the company. In his role as a non-executive director, he will be particularly focussed on advising and assisting management in implementing its strategy.
