Transaction in own shares and total voting rights

SCISYS PLC (AIM:SSY), ('SCISYS' or the 'Company') announces that, on 21/04/17, the Company transferred 40,239  ordinary shares of 25p each (“Ordinary Shares”) from treasury pursuant to the exercise by three employees of options over Ordinary Shares. 

Following this transfer, the issued share capital of the Company carrying voting rights is 29,065,883

Ordinary Shares.  The Company holds 20,192  Ordinary Shares in treasury which carry no voting rights.

The above figure of 29,065,883 shares should be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, SCISYS under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
