Orbis SICAV – Amendments to the Articles of Incorporation
HAMILTON, BERMUDA: 3 May 2017 – In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange, Orbis announced that the shareholders of the Orbis SICAV (the “Company”) had approved certain amendments to the Company’s articles of incorporation (the “Articles”) at an extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders held on 2 May 2017.
The amendments modernize the Articles to reflect relevant legislative changes and current market practice in Luxembourg.
Further details regarding the amendments will be set out in the next publication of the Company’s prospectus, currently scheduled for 1 June 2017.
