Hamilton, Bermuda (June 15, 2017) – The Board of Directors of Ascendant Group Limited (the “Company”) announces the retirement of Mr. James Butterfield and Dr. Wilbert Warner from the Company’s Board, effective June 9, 2017. Mr. Butterfield has served on the Board of Directors since 1993 and Dr. Warner since 1999.
