Waterloo Investment Holdings Limited have requested voluntary suspension of trading of its shares on the Bermuda Stock Exchange effective market open on Monday, August 7th 2017 to allow the orderly completion of a capital reorganization as described in the Company’s notice to shareholders dated August 2nd 2017.
