Hamilton, Bermuda: August 11, 2017 - In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”), BF&M Limited (the "Company"; Ticker: BFM.BH) advised that pursuant to its share repurchase programme, during the month of July 2017 the company repurchased 13,458 common shares at an average price of $20.60. The Company advised the repurchased shares were reserved for issuance.
