Hamilton, Bermuda: September 7, 2017 - In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”), Somers Limited (“Somers”, the “Company” or the “Group”; Ticker: SOM.BH) a financial services investment holding company, announced that during the month of August 2017, Somers purchased 10,350 of its own common shares (the “Shares”) at an average cost of $13.40 per share. The Shares will be cancelled with immediate effect.
