Hamilton, Bermuda, September 18, 2017— — BF&M Limited (“BF&M” or “the Group”) announces the retirement of Lynda Davidson Leader from the Company and from the position of Corporate Secretary. The position is to be filled by Stephanie Hanson, appointed as Group General Counsel and Group Compliance Officer, effective September 18, 2017. In her role, Mrs. Hanson will have oversight of the Legal and Compliance functions for Bermuda and Cayman operations.
