Hamilton, Bermuda – September 19, 2017 –In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”), Spark Energy Finance PLC. (the “Company”), announces the extension of Spark Energy Finance plc - 11% Bonds (the “Bonds”) due 16 September, 2017 by sixty months. The Bonds will now mature on 16 September 2022 and the interest rate for the extended period will be 9%.
