Redemption of PCF Group Holdings Limited Notes
Hamilton, Bermuda – September 28, 2017 – PCF Group Holdings Limited (the “Company”) advises that, following the voluntary pre-payment and redemption in full on 28th September 2017 of £19,500,000 of Notes, consisting of the following of the Company’s Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”) listed Notes, said Notes have been delisted from the BSX.
