Caribbean Investment Holdings Limited have requested voluntary suspension of trading of its shares on the Bermuda Stock Exchange effective market open on Friday, October 27th 2017 to allow the orderly completion of a capital reorganization as described in the Company’s notice to shareholders dated Tuesday, October 24th 2017.
