Ascendant Group Limited Advises BSX of Shareholdings
Hamilton, Bermuda – November 24, 2017 –Ascendant Group Limited ("Ascendant"; Ticker: AGL.BH) has advised the BSX that a shareholder, a Wilson & Co account, is the holder of 558,400 of its shares, representing 5.47% of the issued shares.
Ascendant has further advised that another shareholder, a Harcourt & Co account, continues to hold 1,004,800 of its shares, representing 9.85% of the issued shares.
These notices are made pursuant to the BSX Listing Regulations Section IIA, Regulation 6.14(2).
