Somers Limited - Share Repurchase for December 2017

Hamilton, Bermuda – January 8, 2018 - In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”), Somers Limited (“Somers”, the “Company” or the “Group”; Ticker: SOM.BH) a financial services investment holding company, announced that during the month of December 2017, Somers purchased 600 of its own common shares (the “Shares”) at an average cost of $14.50 per share. The Shares will be cancelled with immediate effect.

 The number of common shares in issue as at December 31, 2017 was 19,470,659 (net of 600 treasury shares).
