CATCo Reinsurance Opportunities Fund Ltd. - Dividend & Changes

Hamilton, Bermuda – 31 January 2018 – In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange CATCo Reinsurance Opportunities Fund Ltd. (the "Company”; Ticker: CAT.BH), declared an annual dividend and announced a change of fund administrator and Bermuda Stock Exchange Listing Sponsor. The full filing stated:

The Company targets distributions on Ordinary Shares by way of dividends in respect of any fiscal year of an amount equal to LIBOR plus 5 per cent of the Net Asset Value per Ordinary Share as at the end of the relevant fiscal year.*

In line with this target, the Board of Directors is pleased to announce that it has declared an annual dividend of $0.05476 in respect of each Ordinary Share for the year to 31 December 2017. The record date for this dividend will be 9 February 2018 and therefore the Ordinary Shares will go ex-dividend on 8 February 2018. It is expected that this dividend will be paid to the holders of Ordinary Shares on 26 February 2018.

The Company also wishes to announce that, with effect from 19 January 2018, it has appointed Centaur Fund Services (Bermuda) Limited (“Centaur”) as its new fund administrator and Bermuda Stock Exchange listing sponsor in place of SS&C Fund Services (Bermuda) Ltd.

Centaur is a specialist fund administrator with a dedicated Bermuda-based ILS team and is licensed by the Bermuda Monetary Authority under the Investment Funds Act 2006.
