Hamilton, Bermuda: February 8, 2018 - In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”) SCISYS PLC, an AIM listed company whose Secured Loan Note Programme is listed on the BSX,announced transactions in own shares and total voting rights. The full filing stated:

SCISYS PLC ("SCISYS"; AIM SSY), the supplier of bespoke software systems, IT-based solutions and support services to the Media & Broadcast, Space, Government, Defence and Commercial sectors, announces that yesterday an employee exercised 5,000 options over ordinary shares of 25p each in the capital of the Company (“Ordinary Shares” and the “Exercise”).
The Exercise is being satisfied by the transfer of Ordinary Shares held in treasury.
Following the Exercise the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 29,300,491 (excluding the 18,167 Ordinary Shares held in treasury). This figure may then be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company.
