Redemption of Centaur Natural Resources Bond
Hamilton, Bermuda – 19 February 2018 – Centaur Group Finance Ltd. in respect of its Segregated Account #1 "Centaur Natural Resources Bond" (the “Company”) advises that, following the redemption in full on 19 February 2018 of the Company’s Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”) listed USD$280,000 Series 1 Bonds in accordance with its terms, said Bonds have been delisted from the BSX.
