Shareholders are advised of the following information relating to the acceptance of nil cost options on 23 February 2018. The nil costs options were granted under the Stenprop Limited Long Tem Incentive Plan (“Long Term Incentive Plan”) and will vest on 8 June 2020 subject to certain vesting conditions having been met, including performance targets set by the remuneration committee at the start of the relevant performance period.  Assuming that the performance targets are met in full at the end of the performance period, the nil cost options will result in the issue of new 950 428 Stenprop shares:
