On March 1, 2018, ATN International, Inc. disclosed its December 31, 2017 year-end report as required by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for itself and its controlled subsidiaries, including One Communications Ltd. (the “Company”). These results include various references to the Company’s financial performance and can be found at http://ir.atni.com/financials.cfm. The Company intends to issue its annual report on or before April 30, 2018, in compliance with Bermuda Stock Exchange regulations.
