Blue Capital Alternative Income Fund Limited (the "Company") announces that its 2018 Annual General Meeting will be held at Waterloo House, 100 Pitts Bay Road, Pembroke HM 08, Bermuda on 8 May 2018 at 1:00 p.m. (Bermuda time).
In connection with this meeting, a copy of the Annual Report of the Company for the year ended 31 December 2017, copies of which will be posted to shareholders on or around 5 April 2018, has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism ("NSM") at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM*.
