Redemption of PCF Bank Limited Notes
Hamilton, Bermuda – 29th March 2018 – PCF Bank Limited (the “Company”) advises that, following the voluntary pre-payment and redemption in full on 29th March 2017 of £14,500,000 of notes, consisting of the following of the Company’s Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”) listed Notes, said Notes have been delisted from the BSX.
