BOTOPTIONS (UK) PLC (the “Company”) wish to announce the resignation of Paul Francis Pelosi as a Director of the Company effective 20 January 2018 and the appointment of Mr. Rakesh Kumar Dua as a Director of the Company with effect from 19 March 2018.
Mr. Dua is a qualified Chartered Accountant with 25 years of experience which covers a diverse range of businesses. As Managing Director of Dua & Co. he oversees over 500 clients across a multitude of sectors.
Mr. Dua is a Chartered Accountant, a fellow at the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a member of the Institute of Directors.
