Redemption of Centaur Natural Resources Bond 1
Hamilton, Bermuda – 28 May 2018 – Centaur Group Finance Ltd. in respect of its Segregated Account #1 "Centaur Natural Resources Bond 1" (the “Company”) advises that, following the redemption in full on 26 May 2018 of the Company’s Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”) listed USD$270,000, Series 2, 12% Bonds in accordance with its terms, said Bonds have been delisted from the BSX.
