Hamilton, Bermuda – 14 May 2018 – The Bermuda Stock Exchange (the “BSX”) announces the redemption date of the Series 3D 14.00% Unsecured Notes, originally due 13th May 2018, that form a part of the Company’s Loan Note Instrument Constituting up to US$10,000,000 14% Fixed Rate Unsecured Loan Notes, as amended on 21st March 2018 (the ‘Instrument’), has been extended until 13 July 2018 in accordance with the terms of the Instrument.
