Redemption of Sema Lease UK Limited Series 6 - Issue 15 - Notes
Hamilton, Bermuda – 21 May 2018 – Sema Lease UK Limited (the “Company”) advises that, following the redemption in accordance with their terms on 19 May 2018 of the Company’s Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”) listed GB£210,000 – Series 6 - Issue 15 - 8% Notes due 19 May 2018, the said Notes have been delisted from the BSX.
