Notice of completion of repurchases of debentures of Canadian Royalty Funding Corp
Hamilton, Bermuda – July 12, 2018– In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”), Canadian Royalty Funding Corp (the “Company” or “CRFC”; Ticker: CRFSR.BH) announced the completion of repurchases of debentures of Canadian Royalty Funding Corp. The full filing stated:
Canadian Royalty Funding Corp. completed the repurchase of convertible unsecured senior redeemable debentures of CRFC with a par value of CAD$554,000 on Friday July 9th, 2018.
Registered holders have received cheques for the repurchased Debentures and all submitted Debentures have been cancelled.
Prior to this transaction, CRFC had issued outstanding Debentures with a par value of CAD$254,000. After this repurchase was completed, the total amount of issued outstanding Debentures is CAD$3,700,000.
