Somers Limited - Share Repurchase for July 31, 2018
Hamilton, Bermuda – August 9, 2018 – In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”), Somers Limited (“Somers”, the “Company” or the “Group”; Ticker: SOM.BH) a financial services investment holding company, announced that during the month of July 2018, Somers purchased 400 of its own common shares (the “Shares”) at an average cost of $16.25 per share. The Shares will be cancelled with immediate effect.
The number of common shares in issue as at July 31, 2018 was 20,062,337 (net of 400 treasury shares).
