BSX is now the Highfield Fund Ltd.’s Primary Exchange
Hamilton, Bermuda – August 9, 2018 – In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX), the directors of Highfield Fund Ltd announced that they have applied to Euronext Dublin to delist the Shares of the Fund.
Application have been made for the Shares of the Fund to be removed from the Official List of Euronext Dublin and from trading on the Main Securities Market of Euronext Dublin, and the Euronext Dublin has agreed that the Shares have been delisted with effect from August 9, 2018.
The Bermuda Stock Exchange will now assume of the role of Primary Exchange of the above noted fund.
