Hamilton, Bermuda: 25 September – In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange, Centaur Group Finance Ltd, announced a change in auditor. The filing stated:
Centaur Group Finance Ltd. acting in respect of its Segregated Account #1 “Centaur Natural Resources Bond”, Segregated Account #3 “Centaur Natural Resources Bond 3” and Segregated Account #5 “Centaur Fixed Income Bond” (the “Company") announces the appointment of Capex Hassan Auditing as auditor with effect from 14 June 2018.
The Board of Directors confirms that there are no matters in connection with the appointment of Capex Hassan Auditing in place of KPMG as auditor which need to be brought to the attention of the Company’s shareholders or noteholders.
